What’s a query?

A query is any input that results in a request to a web site. For instance, visiting a search results page would result in a single query for the first page and, in the case where there are multiple pages of results, an additional query for each subsequent result page you choose to visit.

I want to test out Numen IQ first, how do I do that?

The Trial plan is ideal for those looking to test out the service. On the Trial plan, you get a 14-day free trial of everything included in the Standard plan.

What if I exceed my allotted query credits?

Don’t worry, if you are using one of our subscription or custom plans your account will still work and gather data as usual if you exceed the number of queries on your plan. You have two choices: you can upgrade to the next plan level or stay on your plan where you will be charged a fee for an overage rate. The overage rate for each plan is the following:
Starter: $0.056 per query
Standard: $0.040 per query
Advanced: $0.029 per query
